These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lottery Valley website, platform, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Lottery Valley (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The Service provides informational and analytical tools, including historical lottery results lookup, data analysis, prediction tracking, ticket tracking, number management, and budget tracking. Lottery Valley does not sell lottery tickets, facilitate gambling, offer betting, or guarantee any lottery outcomes. All features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Users are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to lottery participation in their jurisdiction.
Lottery Valley is an independent informational platform. Except where we expressly disclose a specific commercial relationship, including our relationship with Brightstar Lottery in connection with Georgia Lottery promotions, Lottery Valley is not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state lottery, government lottery authority, or lottery operator. Any disclosed relationship is limited to the specific partner, promotion, content, offer, or service identified and does not imply endorsement of all Lottery Valley content, tools, predictions, or services.
By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us related to your account, including billing notices, subscription renewals, service updates, and legal notices.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Accounts
Certain features of the Service require creating an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information and updating it promptly if it changes.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms, without notice or liability.
3. Lottery Valley Plus Membership and Billing
Lottery Valley Plus is our paid annual membership tier that unlocks advanced features. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Automatic Renewal and Disclosures
Lottery Valley Plus subscriptions automatically renew for successive one-year periods at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Before completing signup, we provide clear and conspicuous disclosures of the key terms, including:
- Subscription length
- Renewal frequency
- Pricing (including any introductory or promotional rates)
- How and when charges will occur
- Cancellation instructions
During checkout, users must provide express affirmative consent to the subscription and billing terms. This includes accepting these Terms of Service and confirming an authorization statement that identifies the annual subscription price shown at checkout before payment is processed:
"I authorize Lottery Valley to charge the annual subscription price shown at checkout today and to renew my subscription annually until I cancel. I understand payments are non-refundable except where required by law."
The subscription cannot be completed without affirmatively accepting this authorization and the Terms of Service.
For annual subscriptions, we send a renewal reminder (typically 15–45 days before renewal, where required by applicable laws such as California automatic renewal regulations). This reminder includes the upcoming charge amount, renewal date, and instructions for cancellation.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Lottery Valley Plus membership at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@lotteryvalley.com.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but takes effect at the end of your current paid subscription term. You will retain access to Lottery Valley Plus features until the end of the paid term.
We provide an online cancellation mechanism that is at least as simple as the signup process.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact our support team at hello@lotteryvalley.com before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.
Refund requests must be submitted through our support email and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where legally required. Lottery Valley is not obligated to issue refunds outside of legal requirements.
Payment Authorization and Records
To ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent disputes, we maintain records related to subscription transactions, including but not limited to:
- Acceptance of these Terms of Service during checkout
- Affirmative acceptance of the subscription authorization statement
- Payment confirmations and billing history
- Account activity and feature usage associated with the subscription
- IP addresses associated with account access or the transaction
- Device, browser, and timestamp metadata related to account activity
These records may be retained and used as evidence to verify authorization and account activity in the event of payment disputes, fraud investigations, or chargeback proceedings.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices or introduce new fees. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice (or longer if required by law) before changes affect your existing subscription.
4. Permitted Use and User Conduct
You may use the Service solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes (unless we expressly authorize otherwise). You agree not to:
- Use the Service for gambling, betting, or any illegal activity.
- Engage in automated access, scraping, data mining, bots, or other unauthorized extraction of data without our written permission.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to circumvent technical protections or abuse platform functionality.
We prohibit any use that could imply the Service promotes or enables actual lottery participation in violation of local laws.
5. No Guarantees; Informational and Entertainment Purposes Only; Responsible Use
The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. No analysis, prediction tool, historical data, tracking feature, or other content guarantees, predicts, or improves your chances of winning any lottery. Lotteries are games of pure chance; past results do not influence future draws.
We do not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice. No fiduciary relationship is created by using the Service. Any decisions to participate in lotteries or spend money are yours alone, made at your own risk.
Users are responsible for complying with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction regarding lottery participation.
We encourage responsible use: Set strict personal budgets, track spending via our tools only as a guide, and never spend more than you can afford to lose. If gambling or spending becomes problematic, seek help from resources such as 1-800-GAMBLER (U.S.) or equivalent national helplines.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, tools, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by Lottery Valley or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes during your active subscription (if applicable), subject to these Terms.
By submitting any content (e.g., tracked tickets, notes), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivatives, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services (including Stripe for payments). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Access and use them at your own risk.
Affiliate Relationships
Some links or promotions on the Service may be affiliate links. This means Lottery Valley may receive compensation if users click certain links, create accounts, or complete actions with third-party services. These partnerships help support the operation and continued development of the platform.
Affiliate relationships do not influence the accuracy of lottery data or analytical tools provided on the Service. Users are under no obligation to engage with any third-party offer.
Lottery Valley does not operate, control, or guarantee the services provided by any third-party partners. Any participation with third-party services is solely between you and that provider and subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lottery Valley, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lottery Valley and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (or any portion) at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where law prohibits arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. If arbitration is unenforceable, exclusive jurisdiction lies in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
14. Miscellaneous
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
- Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
- We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
